Most clients are curious about what the setting of a therapy space looks like. We’ve come a long way from the days of clients laying down on a sofa and the welcomed avoidance of looking directly at your therapist :). What’s an appropriate look and feel of the space to open up and disclose some of the deepest parts of ourselves? Typically, the way we create our space is an extension of who we are and gives client’s a little glimpse of who their therapist is. Here’s a sneak peek into your safe place and my main location at Yonge Street and Sheppard Avenue in North York, Toronto. Time to get some greenery in here!
