I realize that no two people are the same and as such my therapeutic approach is personalized to the client, often utilizing combined modalities including empirically-supported techniques inherent in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Psychodynamic approaches. I’m happy to discuss these approaches in more depth!
